Default Traction bar ID

I just bought these on ebay.
Does anyone know who made these bars and when they were introduced?
Owner claims that they are over 40 years old.

Yep Lakewood for Chevelle. Came out in 1977 or so, improved design over 1st generation Lakewood bar.

Did JR make these as well as they are refereed to as JR bars?
