Default Noah performance valve covers...

I live in Canada and can't get through on the phone to Noah performance for their cheater valve covers, and I've had no response from several emails I've sent. Are these tall covers available from anybody else?

Beware Noah Performance, I bought an air filter from them and thier warehouse was 10 minutes from me. I said I could come pick it up on the way home from work, they refused demanded I pay thier ripoff shipping fee to send 5 miles, I'm done with them.
