Default Denny Laine Moody Blues Singer

Great singer/song writer/guitarist. Moody Blues singer. Played with Paul Macartney. Used to do shows with the Beatles. Very sad.

The truth is He was Paul's right hand man for most of the 70's , I always felt he never got the credit he deservred for the success of wings during that period. And according a few books I've read Paul was extremely tight on the financial end too, only paying Denny as salaried side man until Denny tried to renegotiate for more $$$ And Paul Fired him !!!

Apparently Denny and Paul made up in the last few years.I have read in the past that McCartney is a bit of a tight wad, even though he's one of the richest entertainers in the World! His wealth is estimated at $1.2 billion....pounds or dollars!?

I can name many bands that do that way of paying. One famous one is Joe Walsh. He is/was a hired hand and NOT an actual member of the Eagles. D

Saw the MB in concert several times and nothing better than seeing them at San Diego by the bay with a full orchestra behind them. Great band. Cherished memories. RIP Denny.

Moody Blues is my favorite band. Their performances are great. I went to see them perform 3 times and it was great every time. As for Denny, he provided wonderful melodies. RIP, Denny.
