Bill, The rear bumpers and brackets are probably the rarest. Some aluminum front pieces were sold over the counter but probably not the rear stuff. Back then the trend was to add weight to the rear, not reduce it. At one time, I had the rear stuff. Verne |

Thanks, Marty </div></div> Marty; you can sign up for the Mecum Infonet for free through their website. It also allows real-time coverage of all of the auctions and after sale prices. Well worth doing if you want to stay in the loop and all you need to submit is your name and e-mail address. Use this link; https://www.mecum.com/infonet/sign-up/ Bashton |

I hope you are correct as that is not what I was told. Normally car guys who have spent of most of their adult lives obtaining rare parts and cars don't just give it up but I really hope that is correct.

Re: Fezzell life-long parts collection auction
Chick, I heard the same thing you did. While I think some of the above is correct, I don't think that is the sole reason for his liquidating.

I agree, it is well worth it and really makes the Mecum experience that much better. And, it is very easy to do. I don't get NBCSN so it is the only way to follow the auctions. Thanks, Marty |
