Default 1969 Camaro Z-Bar Question

Is this a BB or SB? What's the difference? I don’t see any markings on anything.

wonder why the bolt is in the hole where the plastic plug went. Did they eventually use a bolt there?

Mine never had a fitting. Just the plug. Also must not have been clear in the phospate tank!
