Default Help ID this Hurst shifter please.

I bought this Hurst Competition plus shifter and forgot what it is for...can anyone help ID this?

The shifter pictured above is a Hurst #2710 used in mid/late 60's GM saginaw applications...

Thanks Crash...was bought for my 67 Nova but was told it was for a Muncie. Shame it is NOS as well.

It looks like a CS-4-65 which is listed in old catalogs as application 64-67 Chevelle, 63-64 Chevy Pass, 64 Chevy II and other GM models with Muncie 4sp
