Rough but looks pretty togther...even see a deep groove pulley on the alternator.

Probably a nice project if the bidding doesn't get too serious.
What is that in place of the stock air cleaner, some type of carb cap-off for storage?

That color really "pops" & looks nice when fully restored and shined to the nines.
But let it fall down,like in those pics & it literally turns into the worst color ever applied to a vehicle IMO.

The second generation Z28s with OEM drivetrain are becoming very hard to find. I hope this one is real. Despite the body concerns, it has potential...
