Default 1972 #s RS/SS Camaro

I had a '72 SS454 El Camino in Midnight Bronze. Neat and rarely seen color.

I think this is a really cool car. Wish it was a 4-speed, of course, but still a pretty rarely seen and nicely redone 2nd-gen.

Thumbs up 72 Camaro...

Nice looking car...very well done. You couldn't build it for that price.

I had a 1972 Chevelle SS 402 Convertible in this color. Sold it back in the 90's to a guy in TN.
Car was actually dark green when I got it and found out the color by the cowl tag.
Didn't realize how rare it was back then or I probably would still have it.

That is a sharp looking car! I am pretty sure that is a very scarce car, as well. Norwood went on strike in 72. Only a little over 7,000 were made! Lowest SS production year.

This is pretty low production car with the correct, for SS, VIN. However it is a brown low H.P. automatic car without AC, which really hurts it IMO. I have looked this car, and all the other 2nd gen cars this guy has to offer, and personally feel his restoration efforts have ruined them all.
