Thanks a lot Brent and mosport. The 3.31 isn't ideal but might have worked if it were posi instead of open. I apologize for not indicating that before. The mountain green 67 L78 in the for sale section had a perfect dated 4.10 posi...now that would have been perfect

Have a Feb. dated 12 bolt
Think it started life as a 3:07 gear Currently has 4:10 Posi 4:10 made for a 3 series New Moser front yoke Good set of stock axles Came with Moser 1/2 Stud axles( Sold seperretly ) Factory traction bar mount has been removed Will have it at Peatone swap meet June 11 Peatone is about 15 min. Dont want to step on toes just trying to help a buddy out..
I think he is wanting a coded (stamped) 3.55 or numerically higher 12 bolt. Would you care to send a pic of the stamp on the tube? |
