I try not to drink the water of my travel destination.

I can see someone trying to argue with me about 427's in 66 Chevys, since I own one. But I have no idea why the Monte Carlo and Riviera statements were made to me. None of those cars were even in the show.

It's been known ever since GM made full size cars with 427s. It's in the dealer books, Technical Service Bulletins and brochures for crying out loud . There's a bunch of them still out there. It's not like documentation is purposely being hidden (well, maybe shipping docs). Colvins books have been out for a while too. Those guys must be living in a cave. They'd probably blow a gasket if you and I had our cars parked together.
