I like these cars. This one is a big block with a 4 speed. Doesn't get any better. I know that they are not very popular, but I remember them running in NASCAR and I always liked the way they looked. I tried to buy a '73 S3 a few years ago, but the guy wouldn't sell it to me. He said he was going to give it to his nephew, which probably means it died quickly.

I can’t believe that I’m saying this, but I would love to add stripes and 454 CU.IN. decals over the original paint (did I say that?) along with side pipes and slotted wheels. I realize that a stock '73 vintage 454 probably wouldn’t offer much excitement, but what a great looking driver that would be!

i owned a black with white striped 73 SS 454 4 speed in the 80s..really nice car..loved it...
piled it up in a thunder storm... missed that car for years, such a shame to loose such a nice car to the ditch
