Never used on 68's or 69's.

People throw them on everything like it's some type of jewelry.

Kind of like the Ford "CAUTION FAN" stickers. Someone years ago put one on their radiator shroud and then from that point on, all the "concourz" restorers felt that no properly restored Camaro was complete without it. :-)
