Saw one at a dealership in the 80s - I think it was in/around Gulf Shores, Alabama. Orange. Don't believe it had ever left the showroom of the dealership where it was. Nice looking car.

There was a '76 at the local dealership here for about 10 years before it finally sold. My friend had a '75 that he got from his grandfather. His grandfather was the head mechanic at Weber Chevrolet in St. Louis at the time. He bought the Vega over a new Corvette. Very fun car to drive but you had to rev it up.

I owned #2089 back in the early 90's. Neat little car,, I paid $400 bucks for it since it needed a timing belt. The car was in real nice shape. Sold it to to a guy who ended up putting a V8 in it. Oh well.... they are reasonably priced so maybe I will get another one day.
