Default Urgent Help Needed Identifying NOS Fender

I am looking at a supposed NOS fender for a first gen Camaro that has a GM sticker on it. Every GM fender I have seen has the welded nuts holding the hood hinge bolts on the engine side of the fender rather than inside the fender where they cannot be seen when installed. This fender has the welded nuts on the back side. I can send a picture on my phone but can't get it from my phone to this post.

I need some feedback please!

I would think they are welded to the back side of the inner fender structure otherwise the hinges wouldn't lay flat on the fender. Can you still read the sticker?..Joe

Most I have seen are welded just inside that round indentation.

The sticker is legible but I remember discussion on this forum about guys putting GM stickers (real and fake) on reproduction sheet metal.

The NOS fenders I've seen have the visible nut inside the round indentation as well. Perhaps there was a revision made, but only familiar with a visible nut, not what you have pictured.
