Default V-gate shifter with Bench seat in Nova

I'm wanting to see if anyone is running or knows if a Mr. Gasket V-gate shifter will fit in a 68-72 Nova with a bench seat. I'd like to put one in my '69 but it looks like it will be close. Thanks for any and all help

Kurt Burdick has a RamRod in a Chevelle with bench seat..... no extra space.

I know somebody on here showed the Nova and Vertigate combo.

Thanks, I looked him up, and found a picture of the Chevelle with the shifter. I'm thinking that would be similar to the amount of space in the Nova. I think the Mr. Gasket shifter has the reverse lever a little farther back so I'm thinking it will be very close if not hitting.

Post Nova///Shifter..

Back in the day I ran a Hurst Super Shifter in a bench seat Nova...needed a bigger hole and it was a close fit. Not sure if that helps the discussion..

By memory, you won’t be able to bring the seat all the way forward.

Thanks for all your help guys, I know the seat will have to be all the way back, but that is no problem as that's how where I have it anyways.
