I would start by contacting Ed. Also, Ed's wife Judy passed more than a year ago.

Since it has never been brought up prior. Mr Ed. was on a special committee to help evaluate the 5th Gen Camaro COPO Program.

I was so saddened to hear that back in the fall of 2014.
I had just talked to her & Ed in July of that year, and didn't know that would be the last time I see her.
She was always the diamond in the room and made everyone feel welcome. The memories I have of her will stay with me forever.
She was also related to Ted Williams, who's autograph she got for me back in the 80's.
It was through her how I met Ed.

Default Questions....

Great thread...I just got the shipping data report from NCRS on my 1968 L71 and it was sold at Dick Fencl in Oak Park.

I noticed Ray Fencl has posted...has anyone inquired as to whether any paperwork exists?

Any salesman still around? Some retain dealership memorabilia.

I was told Mr. Piemonte broke off and is still working in area?

Trying to locate anything relating to my car or the dealership in general...

Was he a salesman?

The post on this thread about the "Monster Deals" commercials prompted me to check Utube... hilarious...

No,he started @ Brigance then moved onto Fencl-Tufo Chevrolet In Glendale Heights Il.He was THE Hi-po salesmen @ those places.
My reply was more general in case your future research brings up his name,as well as to answer an older reply from 302moz.

Default Fencl-Tufo

I bought a new 68 Z28 from Fencl-Tufo. I worked there until about fall of 1969.
