Default Firestone redline

Can anyone help identify when this tire was made? It is an original F70 14 nylon cord. Thanks, Grady

Only that it was made prior to May, 1971 - that's when the DOT-mandated standard TIN (Tire Identification Number) format had to be implemented. The number on that tire is a pre-DOT Firestone-proprietary number - don't know how to decode it.
