Default Interesting '68 Camaro SS396 Convertible

Pretty odd combo with PW, column shift and AM/FM radio. If it's truly #s matching I would expect it to get bid around $30k, maybe more, even with the scratches/dings the seller discloses. Cool car.

Everything looked good until you read the disclaimer at the end. Not even sure it's an as much less big block.

I have seen that disclaimer before on other ads. It's a CYA Disclaimer. The problem is he is trying to use it just incase his Claim that this car has the original engine in it turns out to be false.

This is a recurring issue with classic cars. Having their original drive train makes them more valuable than one with a NOM drive train. If you claim (which he does in CAPS) that this car has the original drive train and it's not - he just committed Fraud and can be held accountable for it and that disclaimer won't relieve him of that accountability.

----This Camaro would look so much better with the trim back on it. Wheel well trim, even if it didn't come with it would really help as well as rocker trim.......Bill S
