Out back

Back on the showfield

That's all for today. Sorry for posting these up late. Got so bored I left the show early, came home, and got involved with car stuff until bed time. The '66 now has a clutch fan, and is SO much quieter.

At least the show was close to your house...since you only stayed for a bit

"most of the cars in the show were late model Corvettes, many fitted with Lambo doors."

That's almost as bad as the things you "learned" from some of the attendees

Thanks for the show coverage anyway.

Some things that I learned from some attendees;
427's were not available on Big Chevys in 1966.

No 4-speed 1st gen Monte Carlos were ever built at the factory. They were all done by speed shops.

The 454 equipped 1963 Buick Riviera RS was a terrible, trouble-prone car.

I think that was everything.
Sheesh-those guys were wrong!

1. 427's were only available in the Corvairs in 1966
2. Only Tremec 5 speeds were available in the Monte Carlos (with the optional clutch pedal)
3. It was a 460 equipped, not a 454 equipped 1963 Riviera!

Juuuuuuuuussssssst kidding!

Lol, don't get me started.

I wonder if those guys shared their wisdom with others at the show.
