Default factory undercoating

question, for a true survivor its got factory undercoating should I leave the undercoating on, or take it off, personally like to remove I do not want to blasted off what else could I use.

I use a heat gun and scraper, and a lot of elbow grease. Then paint remover and/or lacquer thinner to clean up the rest. I also use a wire wheel in some areas.
