Re: Day 2 / Year 48 1967 SS/RS L35 Clone Build
Looking really good Darrell. I really like that car and hope to add a 67 to my garage once my other projects are wrapped up.
I like that breather on there.

Re: Day 2 / Year 48 1967 SS/RS L35 Clone Build
Instead of removing the aluminum radiator, I'd just paint it. Eastwood makes an underhood black paint. When we throw an aluminum radiator into ours, I'm going to paint it to hide it a bit better.

Re: Day 2 / Year 48 1967 SS/RS L35 Clone Build
Fantastic look. I know many of you guys look at bias ply's as the devil but it just completes the look...and it shows here. No matter how well you accessorize your day 2 car running radials just kills it.

Re: Day 2 / Year 48 1967 SS/RS L35 Clone Build
(Remember, I'm 17) If I could afford to, the Camaro would probably have a set of Polyglas shoved under it. E60 front, L60 rear. But $300 a tire just isn't really viable for me.

Darrell, your signature photo reminds me of Friday night cruises when we'd park and leave the parking lights on. The whole car reminds me of those days!
