Mixteca Cruise Pics 8/19/2017

I was FINALLY able to go to a cruise somewhere and try out my new (to me) camera. Shooting cars in the evening sun at this lot is not easy, but I need some practice time with this camera. Hope to have it dialed in before the start of Pavilions.

Would have shot more, but I goofed off (at first) then had to replace a failing ignition switch. This car is so easy to work on.

This one sounded awesome with open headers.

Ignition switch failure could have made for a bad day. Thanks to my wife for bringing a good back up I had.

Rich and Ellen were there.

This camera handles white cars better than my other camera.

The is a cool truck

By now, I gave up and set the camera to AUTO White Balance

Hmm, I don't remember the front fender being a different color red VS. the rest of the car.

Well that's all. I was slacking today. Replacing the ignition switch was easy.

This cruise is at the Mixteca Mexican Restaurant at Bell Road and 67th Ave in Glendale. It is every Saturday night. Some nights this cruise pulls more cars than Pavilions.
