Looks To Be Installed At One Point But Very Close To Nos Condition Visually. Does Have Some Light Paint Overspray. Comes Off With A Little Elbow Grease. I Believe This Was Mocked Up And Never Ran. Still Has Inspection Stamp. Do Not Have The Box Gm Part # 5621638 Ac Part # 4663 $175 Shipped Money Order preferred
