Default Nos tires information

My friend has 4 original Corvette tires, 2 still in the wrapper other 2 have very little use. Can you help with decoding date and value. Thank you
DOT number on all 4 tires are CYN4 C2F5277

Tire made before 2000 have a different code...probably 3 numbers...first two week of the year, last number, year of the decade.
