Some of those are pretty gruesome scenes

It's also interesting to see what passed for an "ambulance" in much of America back in the 1950's thru mid 1960's......usually just a station wagon or sedan delivery with a siren, gumball on the roof, and a stretcher, first aid kit, and oxygen tank in the back We've come a long way.

Love all the before-and-after pictures.....that shop was obviously - and rightfully - proud of their work. Thanks for posting, Shaun!

So true but also with a long way to go. Look what they use over in England. They can actually perform triage and surgery on the street at the scene of an accident if warranted. Pretty cool stuff and saves a lot of lives that otherwise would not have lived to get to the hospital.
