Re: '70 LS6 4900 MILES
That is one GREAT looking Chevelle. Love the color and it's very unassuming look. Very sleepish looking, elegant , more Monte Carlo esq.
Interesting gauge addition, never really seen anything like that on a Chevelle. I like the Green-line Sun, although...thats one expensive hole. I'd never change it. BIG |

Re: '70 LS6 4900 MILES
Over the past 10 years it has been unbelievable how many auctions and dealers that have changed hands with that car. I wonder why?

Re: '70 LS6 4900 MILES
----My memory may be fading and there have been several LS6s in my life, but I really don't remember that gauge in the dash when I had the car. Ill bet Rick M would remember. When the car left my ownership it went to people that considered it a valuable car though, so I also have a hard time believing that any subsequent owners would have drilled that hole either. Anybody know Rick well enough to call and ask? Ive lost track of him.
----I also would love to see some individual collector with a passion for muscle rather than dollars to end up with this great car. ----Just reread the add and the seller is claiming 85% original paint. Hogwash!!!! The car is worth what ever its worth without that kind of misrepresentation.....Bill S |
