I am feeling the same way. At first I thought it could have been this car here:

from over on this thread http://www.stevesnovasite.com/forums...378&page=2

They appear to be different cars, as the time lines seem a bit off for the car to have evolved to that state. Best I can do from my phone. I'll need to search my PC to see what I can come up with.

Does the car still have the fiberglass hood?
Was there an electric fuel pump in the trunk?

Who manufactured the Chin spoiler and what years? </div></div>

I believe the car was pictured on the 70's Street Machines link posted in the Day2 forum. But, that is forever changing.

By the looks of the two long black strips on the pavement I would say this car has been abused! LOL

Cool piece. Appears some things were changed as the frt fenders have no motor call out. Just the marker light unless they filled the holes to make you guess. &quot;yea, it's just a 6 banger&quot;.
Frt headlight bezels are non SS but could have been changed out.
Is the original rear still in the car? I expect the internals are gone, but would be interesting to see what it was born with.
Burnished brown in bc/cc is very cool. Good luck with the project.

One man's abuse is another man's pleasure, lol.

Looks like a blast to me.

Yes it still has the L88 hood, between 1986 and Sept. 2002 the electric pump/pumps were removed.

In 1980/81 when my friend Dave owned it he put on GM nos new front fenders, both front and rear bumpers and I think grill. Thats also when he put on wider flares and the numerous stripe paint job.
