Does anyone know if the Goodyear Blue Streak Dragway Special Slick 9.00/9.50-15 tire is being manufactured?

Very nice tire...!!! This might be an option if I can not find an original set. You would think the vintage Goodyear Blue Streak Dragway Special slicks would be available.

I think the A990 is a reference to the early Mopar Factory Lightweight Super Stock cars.
These DO say "Dragway Stock" on the sidewall and after zooming in on the pics they are indeed 7.60-15

Correct. Chrysler built A990 Hemi cars for the 1965 model year. The "lightweight" status does not pertain to body panels as NHRA outlawed them (aluminum and fiberglass) for the 1965 S/S year. Instead Chrysler used thinner then production steel panels for the doors, hood and trunk. The battery was moved to the trunk and the interior was stripped with only two lightweight van seats used and maximum weight loss on the engine's components.

Special features of the A990 426 Hemi:

Aluminum cylinder heads
Magnesium-cast cross-ram intake manifold
12.5:1 forged .775" dome pistons
(2) Holley R3116 4-bbl carbs
312-deg duration, .540" lift camshaft
Aluminum oil-pump body and cover
Aluminum water-pump housing
Aluminum water-outlet elbow
Aluminum alternator bracket

Good for at least 600 HP right from the factory! The A990 Hemi would return for the 1968 S/S Hemi Darts and Barracudas
