Default Need help with 65 GTO cowl tag

Can someone help me with this...It has an 03F date (Mar 6th wk) ...Also what do the codes on the other lines mean?

ST 65 Lemans convert #7,278 convertible body built

TR 213 B (blk interior Maroon paint Black top PAINT

W tinted windshield 2LP= Manual trans. & back up lamps

4F= Remote mirror 5NW= GTO option and Custom seat belts.

Im sure ya know, theres no 6th week..but they had a thing called a hold over for special cars also called in isle cars....look how the 213..1 is out of line. never seen that..and why is 43 and w1 out of sequence..theres alot of trim tags being faked in the GTO world..and everyone know the 5N is GTO..on pontiac & kansas built cars i have looked at over 200 65 tags, and that ones unique..not saying its a fake but its definately different....the good thing about pontiacs is PHS theres no reason ever to be taken on a pontiac purchase. Ive called Jim and had my credit card ready, told him i was trying to buy a car and could he help me, i thought i found a Judge..great fake and he told me on the phone it wasnt real..so hes a good guy

Thanks guys...I have not seen this car in person...Only pictures from the web site. This car apparently has PHS documentation.
So far I have discovered that it has the wrong color interior and has 3 deuces installed on a correct WT engine.

GET YOUR OWN PHS..they have been faked for years...its 50 bux worth of insurance agsainst a 30 grand car...just an opinion...
