Value Question

I was offered a chance to look at this car but know very little about it. It was left with a shop ten years ago for work but the owner never paid and gave the car up at some point. Has not run in ten years. Has a four speed, not sure about engine or originality. Working on more pics but any inputs on value if it is an RS and complete would be appreciated, what to look for, etc....

I love the hood but the car appears to be rusty ? How rusty ?

X2. Rust is the $10,000+wild card here. There's telltale hints all over your pictures, but you need to determine if roof, quarters, floors, etc. are intact or not.
