Not trying to jinx you here, but I think I would have run 100% hard line for this. That rubber coupler just looks like a leak waiting to happen. Probably won't ever be an issue. Just always looking for places for Murphy to show up. I hate that guy.

Almost didn't say anything. Don't want to sound like a wise a$$.

Really enjoying this build, as I enjoy all of your builds.

Had a problem with the Image hosting site......Think I got it figured out finally......So....I received the new radiator and put it in to see what the next set of problems that are going to pop up were......LOL.... Very limited room for anything.. The Throttle body with elbow is 1/2" away from the Radiator.....The Electric fan has about 1" of clearance.....I have to see about moving the A/C condenser behind the core support and getting the Heat exchanger to fit in front of the core support is going to be an issue........But...In the meantime I finished the air inlet tube ........More pic's to come

Getting to the part I have dreaded for a while....... Now that all the physical parameters are known.......Time to pull the engine out and install the wiring harnesses and see what other issues are going to pop up.......

This is where patience is going to enter the picture.....Look at the size of the main harness ........ Hope there is room left in that 1 lb. bag to get this 10 lbs in there...

What ever happened to this project - I for one was very interested in seeing the outcome of all of the 'stuffing' since Chevy II's don't have a lot of space to say the very least..

Nice work!

The LT platform is more complex in even the simplest ways. I loved the former rubber seal LS gaskets which never leaked when installed properly. The RTV deal works fine but is a pain in the @$$ to clean off, even more so with an egine in the car.

We just finished up an LT4 1969 Camaro with a TKX 5 speed and will be starting an a 72 Nova with a built for boost L8T 402ci.

What are those stock headers/manifolds off of? Looks like a great fit!
