Default You sure don't find em like this anymore!! (LS-5

I posted this over on TC where I mainly hang out. I thought that you gentlemen would appreciate this as well.

I was browsing Ebay and found this gem in the rough. Check her out. Looks like 95% percent of the car is there. Whoever picks this thing up is gonna be money ahead!

I am in no way affiliated with this auction. Just thought I'd share.

Wow. Sounds like an honest description of a car with a lot of potential.

I wish there were some more pictures in the ebay ad, however that does appear to be a nice vehicle from the description. It'll be interesting to see what it brings.

You're right, you sure don't see them like this very much any more.

Do you really think so? Even if someone gets it for $20K and then spends $50K minimum restoring a rusty car, they'll have $70K in an LS5. I can't recall any LS5's selling for $70K plus...

Yes, it is a plus that the car has never been messed with and restored, but at the same time it needs extensive work to repair the neglect. I'm with Zedder in thinking that at $20K or more someone will be upside down with the car after restoring it.

I also agree. I see more than 50K when all is said and done.
