Steering Box Adjustment
----It seems as if my memory is, once again, alluding me. The non-power steering box on my 67 442 has too much play. After loosening the nut, which way do I adjust the stud???........Bill S

Make sure the box is centered when you adjust it.

Front tires should be on the ground, correct?? Or in the air.

I usually have them in the air so you can turn it lock to lock to see if it binds
