Silver Duece from photo section
The silver Wallace Chevy duece from the photo section was my dad's car. He was the original owner. I remember taking rides in the car when I was a kid. I also remember the day the tow truck driver wrecked the nose. Where is it now? Has it been restored? I would love to see pics. Any info on the car would be great.

Re: Silver Duece from photo section
Welcome aboard James. Great to hear that this was your Dad's ride. Am sure some of the Deuce gurus will chime in soon.

Re: Silver Duece from photo section
I believe Mr. Edel is correct. Maybe it sat on the lot with Tommy K's red auto. Not sure Mike has started, but hope he will post pics when he does.

Re: Silver Duece from photo section
I am real happy that the car is getting restored. I have a few really cool memories about it. My dad raced it at E-town and told me that the clutch was always an issue. The motor wanted to rev but the diaphram clutch set-up did not want to agree. As a kid I remember when the car was in the garage. I used to practice power shifting on it, complete with motor sounds, lol. I would love to see it again, keep me in touch. I think we may have some pics of the car at E-town too.

Re: Silver Duece from photo section
Hi James,
Sorry I'll miss you guys at the Dutch Classic this year, I can't make it that weekend. The silver deuce is safely under roof awaiting it's resto, the owner is finishing up another Nova at the moment. He has been collecting parts for the Deuce ever since he bought it from Neal. I saw it about a year ago or so, still looks the same - a good solid project car for sure. Any pic's would be great!

Re: Silver Duece from photo section
I am pretty sure the car was raced in a class called experimental stock back then. I know the pics are around somewhere. I will check back in every once in a while to track the progress, would love to see it again. Thanks everyone for your help.
