Would it be possible to permit posting of photos in PMs by uploading from the hard drive like in the forums?

I don't think you are scrolling down below the box you type text in. Down below there is a link to "manage attachments". This is seeable in advanced but not "quick reply"

Yep, I see it now. I can upload a photo, but don't know how to put it into the PM reply. I dragged it into the reply box but I can't view my SENT PMs so I don't know if it came through or not.
