Default Clutch -Turbo 400

Wondering if anyone has ever modified a turbo 400, for use as a clutch-turbo, or knows the required modifications necessary? I'm interested in the details.

Mike, back around 1970 or 71 I drove an altered with a Ford C6 with a clutch. Winters in York Penn. made it for us. I think they would put a clutch on any trans you had. Jim
