Andy, the Hydraboost setup I purchased is from Hydratech. The unit is built specific to your car. As far as brakes go, I've got a pretty basic front disk conversion kit that I installed on my `65 years ago. I do not remember who I got it from. With the cam that comes in the 480hp LS3 there's just not enough vacuum to use a vacuum brake booster. The Hydrabooster should solve the brake issue.

Yeah, that looks like they modify and adapt an existing application to fit your setup. The actual boost unit itself looks just like the one in my '95 diesel Suburban. I had to replace the 'burb's unit a month ago after 134,000 miles of good service, and only because it started dripping from a rear seal.

Great looking car and love the swap threads. Im sure you know this but in the past when doing LS swaps I would back fill the engine through the upper rad hose to help with getting the t-stat to open and allow circulation due to air being trapped in the system. Had it happen more than once with an engine going over 220 and it not opening and it would work every time.

I noticed a possible issue with the driveshaft. I have always been led to believe to install/index the zerk fitting on the compression side of the yoke to prevent breakage -- it appears to be opposite in the photos. If I am wrong -- someone holler at me!! TAZ

I was told the zerk fittings are always suppose to point towards the tube (for what that's worth).
