Yes,1970 AM/FM Mono,not Stereo.
Used in Chevelle/Monte/Elco/Impala.

That harness looks correct for it,as it's got the fader splice to connect to the volume knob fader harness too.
The connections should be:
*Power plug off the main harness,(Black & Yellow)
*Back of Radio rear plug,(5 wires)
*FT. Speaker (top thin 2 wire plug)
*Rear package tray single speaker,(Plug w/clip)
See if the radios rear male plug fingers,line up with harness's female plug.
