How do I ID the below deck lid as being GM or aftermarket repro ???

Could not find date code as shown in another current deck lid thread

Joe, I had not seen the info at Camaros.Org...so thanks

I still need to look/find the date....I "think" this has never
been on a car, as exterior is still black primer.

Nothing in the linked article pointed out how the repro deck lids differ ????

I'm still wanting to determine what I have with my first gen Camaro deck lid ???

Cant see date anywhere

Doesnt have any "hole" like the service replacement.....

Seems like a new/never installed but I cant prove anything !!!!!!

Date stamped will be in the area of the link posted previously. More than likely filled from heavy paint. But to narrow it down that lid was used between Jan-Feb to around April-May. Reasoning is it appears to have the TA holes as well as the tabs at the lip of the lid.

Yes but I have not seen a repo that has the tabs also. Not saying there isn’t any but I have not seen them.

Charley, I realize its been a few weeks but while searching for another topic I ran across this pic in a thread over on CRG. Repo lid without TA holes but without tabs.
