After researching this about 3 yrs ago I was led to the chevy dealer.
They had the exact ones I needed in stock. They look identicle to the originals but with a larger seat. They were kind of expensive from what I remember.

I looked everywhere for the receipt but just cant locate.
But I remember not having one myself. I just went to the parts counter and said factory lug nuts for a 70 Chevelle SS and bam he had them on the counter in 2 minutes. Wish everything were that easy.
Sorry again I cant get a part #.

Years ago, this topic came up on TC. Don Lightfoot started it. I used his info to find the lug nuts you are asking about.

The part number is 12387947. A Bing image search shows them. http://tse1.mm.bing.net/th?&amp;id=JN.7g...mp;p=0&amp;r=0 Copy and paste this mumbo-jumbo to see them.
