The alleged OE '69 Camaro Polyglas spare has a couple problems.

It is not balanced and does not have the paint dot at the BB welded to the rim. Those are indications it was not installed in production.

I recall discussing this with JM. I believe the car had docs and PL4 was not listed.

So my 69 Camaro SS, LA Built in Nov 68 with IF wheels and white lettered tires came with Goodyear wide treads?

That would be correct if it came with Goodyear tires. Would look like these:





As you can see from this period photo, some came with Uniroyal Tiger Paw F70x14 RWL tires

The PL4 option was released early April '69. Your car could not have been built with RWL FG Belted tires.
