Default L78 cam specifications

can someone post the specs on a L78 396 375hp camshaft,I know it was solid lift but I need the lift,duration and lobe seperation and any other information on one

1968 same as 1967

1969 = M lifters///.520 IL//.520 EL//316 ID//302 ED//1.70 RR//3863143 PN//3863144 CN//OMO CS

You can still buy the cam from GM complete with lifters.

I'm a slow learner, but here I am. Yes, Crane makes the GM cams.
