Default 1968 Camaro SS396 Convertible - Block Stamp

A buddy of mine expressed interest in this car so I had a look...I can't decide whether the block stamp looks right. Was hoping I could get some input from you guys...thanks for the help!

Post Block Stamp..

The picture is a little fuzzy...but, it looks like the block was machined...I don't see any broach marks at all

The stamping is amazingly sharp and clear for a 50 year old motor...I would want to see it in person, or at the least, some better hi-res images taken from a couple of angles.

Same thing with the trans. stamp...picture is murky.

I don't have my van nuys stamp pictures in front of me, but I'm 99% sure that's a restamp.

Car is for sale in Angola Indiana. Same town as Greg Long that was sent to prison for all the fake stuff he was selling. My guess is Greg built and stamped that engine.
