Default Hurst Shifter Assembly Question

I thought this would be easier to find, but having no success. I had my 69 Camaro factory Hurst Shifter apart to clean and lube. My question pertains to the part I call the fork assembly. It is what the handle goes into and has 2 springs, a washer, and a slotted piece that looks like a key. Some refer to that key piece as the “hat”. I would like a diagram of where the washer goes? I believe I have it together correctly, looking for confirmation. I was going to contact Crash, but he does not accept mail. Thanks, sYc.

Mike, great pics! Most helpful. The pic I refrence above, all I want to know is the small spring with the washer and slotted piece is where the washer goes? Right under the hole where the spring is inserted?

Yes, the washer holds the small spring in place. The 2 shoulders on that slotted piece ride on the washer, and compress the small spring when you shift to reverse.

Thanks goes to Eric (Crash) & Mike (m22mike) for excellent pictures and help. I had it right, and they confirmed that.
