would it possible to see pictures of the car in it's as found condition? It may give some of us hope for preserving a cars originality instead of quickly running to the full resto route....thanks again for sharing your incredible find!

Thanks for all the kind words, These cars aren't for everyone but I love the look, smell, feel, drive of a unrestored car. This car would be so easy to restore but it just wasn't far enough gone to do a full restoration.
The wheel well shot is body color on the rails, there is as much Hugger Orange on the rails as the top of the car.
Here is the other side wheel well.
Thanks Again everyone.

Jack, Before you get more comments and questions on your award winning survivor......thought it might be stated that the exhaust was replaced with NOS muffler, Gardner pipes and SEYMOUR hangars.

"it’s been sitting here for years, in the way, and that his daughter was getting married so if there ever was a time, it was now."

This happens to me nightly, then the alarm clock goes off..
Glad it went to a deserving second owner!

Beautiful example of an original early 2nd gen!
It's hard to believe cars like this are out there, awaiting their next owner.

Good job!
