Default Value of fiberglass 34 Ford Sedan

Have a client (long time friend as well) whose father died recently, and I am helping her with the estate. Her Dad had a 34 Ford project. It is fiberglass body, with steel hood. Two door sedan, not the more popular coupe. Looked on ebay and CL, and finished cars are anywhere from $25k to $70k. The all steel cars bring much more than the fiberglass kit cars.

Unfortunately, it is not quite turnkey. Always a problem selling a project. Still looking for the key. Checked the oil on the dipstick and it is pretty clean, but obviously been run. Small block ford motor. Auto trans. Rack and pinion steering. Looks like an ididit tilt column. Inside for now, but very dirty.

Has A/C (and I am assuming heat as part of either a vintage air or classic or one of those. compressor installed with hoses. Evap sits very neatly under the dash running almost the full length of the dash, so it isn't just a universal hang under the dash unit. Decent wheels and tires, although the tires may be too old to try and drive on them.

Paint is a very dark emerald green and in good shape, but very dirty. In my opnion, the body was not blocked properly before paint. I could tell immediately that it was fiberglass when I walked into the garage. Not hideous, but not top quality. Although the paint itself looks very good.

It appears the biggest problem is that the interior was never done. Bare seat frames and springs. Lots of sound deadener. I will take more pics.

I am thinking if they just sell it as it is, non running in the garage, they will be lucky to get $5k to $10k for it. Get it running, change the oil and filter, work out minor bugs, and may get $15k plus out of it.

I have not had it out in the sun, and have not looked underneath to see what type of frame, but I am reasonably certain it has a kit type frame.

Any ideas what we can expect this car to bring? My oldest vehicle is a 49, so I have no experience in this arena. Any input is appreciated. Will post more pics when I get a chance.
