I notice that one of my bolts is different, it has the separate washer - could be because it's a 1970.

Looks almost like a ground cable bolt ... TAZ

I took a photo of my ground cable bolt, and it's washer is quite different. There are witness marks from the radiator top washer in my first picture... as always, I can't say for sure. Thanks

Post bolt with washer..

That is a big block only application because of the rubber radiator flap...it is unique to that application...basically the same 68-70 for big blocks.
