Default Big block with a Sleeved Cylinder

Ive come across an original JD stamped 272 block that needs a sleeve. My question is, how much value is lost, if any, when a block has a sleeve? The block is currently STD bore.

If done correctly, shouldn't hurt value at all. Especially if std bore.
