The 'recessed corner' is not correct for any passenger car.

If your putting these on a 67-68 camaro the spark plug wire loom holder is too far back on the cover to clear the windshield wiper motor. The cover being a bit taller would increase the possibility of the loom holder hitting the wiper motor.

For the record 1.7:1 is the stock BBC rocker ratio. It's the larger roller rocker body that creates the clearance issue to the drippers.

the valve covers i got has no drippers, i was told that if i used the fel-pro 5/16 gasket they would work
