If I remember correctly, that thick black smoke was due to the tire inventory that was lost at Central Chev. The gentleman operating the tire department was Don Ashman Sr.

Central Chev Olds was the dealer which ordered my old 1969 COPO Hugger Orange/column shift Camaro.
